Over the last decade, I worked in Japan’s fintech and tech scene, starting as a hands-on engineer and eventually leading teams as a CTO and CISO.
In 2019, after burning out from a high-paying but high-stress role, I redesigned my life around one principle:
Freedom through systems.
Instead of chasing scale through headcount, I began building secure, automated systems. The kind that product data, drive growth, and create freedom without chaos.
