I handle the full technical implementation. You own the client relationship.

Commission Structure

Three tiers depending on your involvement:

Referral (15%)

Introduce the client, I take it from there.

Co-sell (20%)

Help close the deal and join key calls

Full partner (25%)

Manage the client relationship + support delivery

Paid on closed revenue. No cap. No exclusivity required.

Automation audit to identify the highest-ROI bottleneck
Agent design + build. 1–3 AI agents, trained on their data.
Deployment + optimization. Go live, monitor, iterate.
30-day support included with every project

The whole sprint runs 2–5 weeks. Clients see results fast.

About Me

I’m Charles Green, a former CISO and engineer. I’ve deployed production AI systems in finance, payments, and operations where downtime and errors cost real money.

Based in Japan, working globally. Projects run primarily in English. For Japan-based clients, I work with bilingual partners to bridge language and culture.
